MY ORDER

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date payment for your order is received. To expedite the processing time, it’s a good idea to have your order shipped to the same address as the billing address of the card used for the purchase. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    Pre-order will ship within 1 to 3 business days of us receiving the product. Keep an eye out on our social media and the product page to receive updates on pre-order product dates. 
  • I NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER.
    We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that if your order has been processed already, we might not be able to cancel your order. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please submit an email request at info@thecachecollective.com
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES OR OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES, SUCH AS PUERTO RICO OR GUAM?
    Yes, we ship orders to these locations. All items will be sent via USPS or UPS.

  • HOW CAN I GET AN ITEM THAT’S CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
    Unfortunately, if an item is listed as out of stock, a specific size is not listed, or there's no add to cart button on the product page, that means we do not have it in stock and it cannot be ordered.
  • IS CACHE COLLECTIVE'S MERCHANDISE AUTHENTIC?
    Yes! All of the items listed and sold on our website are authentic products of their registered trademark. We do not sell fake or replica merchandise.

PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING

  • CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD?
    Yes, you can pay with your credit and/or debit card! To pay with your card, please checkout using the PayPal or Secure Payment checkout options.

    All prices are listed in US Dollars. All international customers must checkout with PayPal. Currency conversions will be completed during checkout. You will be shown the price in your preferred currency before you are asked to finalize your payment.
  • CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
    Yes, you can pay with PayPal! PayPal is the preferred payment method. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, and you can still use your Debit or Credit card.

    We accepts international credit cards via PayPal for all international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • CAN I RETURN AN ORDER FOR A REFUND?
    All sales are final when purchasing from https://thecachecollective.com/ We will accept returns on a case by case basis under the conditions of "damaged orders" or "incorrect items". We are unable to refund any shipping costs. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. 
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
    We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your return before the refund is posted in your account.
